Busy Week

Well last weekend flew by fast and this week has flown by even faster, which is a good thing because Bubba and I are ready for Halloween. Thankfully I have off Thursday and Friday, so I can get ready for the  weekend!!! I can't wait, tomorrow and Friday I will be getting ready for our Halloween get together at our house Saturday night. Some family and friends are coming over for a spaghetti dinner followed by homemade chocolate cupcakes for dessert! This tradition started off years ago when my parents lived across the street from a elderly couple Jeanne and Joe. Jeanne and Joe were like 2nd grandparents to us kids. They always tried to make the holidays special, especially Easter, St. Patty's Day, and Halloween!!! On Halloween, Joe would always make spaghetti and chocolate cupcakes! This tradition died off after they passed away, but we are bringing it back this year!!! Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend...Bubba and I can't wait to see your costume pictures!!! Bubba wanted me to tell you guys that his pic will be posted on the blog Sunday evening.

Ruff 24 Hrs.

Well lets just say that it hasn't been the best 24 hrs. of my life. Yesterday, it was a super busy day and it started off with my neck and back KILIING me. Finally, I made it to bed to be woken up at 3am by Ruthie (my bug catching cat) sick as can be. After cleaning up ALOT of well stuff, I made it  back to bed around 4am....and oh Bubba thought Ruthie was getting too much attention and thought all of a sudden he had to have a cough as well. Well before I knew it, it was 7am and time to start the day. Even though Thursday is my day off I had a bunch of stuff to do such as cleaning,dog bathing, car washing, party planning, etc. and Bubba was into EVERYTHING laundry,trash,movies, magazines and anything he could think of. For you that don't know Bubba, he is usually sleeping on his bed or watching "Bob the Builder" SERIOUSLY. So as the night comes to an end, Bubba is bathed and ready for bed and so am I......Hope everyone has a great weekend. P.S. do something fun with your furry kid!!!

Weekend Review

Our weekend started off early on Friday morning, Ali and I (no Bubba he had to stay this time) decided to drive up to Gainesville and support our Florida Gators!!! it was homecoming, so their were several activites going on such as parades, a volleyball game, a soccer game, gator growl, etc. We met up with 3 of our sisters, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. We had a blast!!! Here are a few pics from the day....

Ok moving on......On Saturday I decided we had to do something special with Bubba, so we took him to a corn maze and he loved it!!! We took lots of pics, but here are a few.
